Confeitaria Colombo adds a lot of history to Rio’s gastronomy. Founded in 1894 at Rua Goncalves Dias, the bakery displays big mirrors, fancy marble and interesting tiles. It has offered many different things over the years, but those that remain a constant are the docinhos and salgadinhos.
