Fruit in Brazil is hugely abundant, so Brazilians are always incorporating fruit into desserts. Here you have a triple dose of strawberries presented in a light but sumptuous mousse. While I prefer to make the mousse with fresh strawberries, you can use frozen pulp or frozen strawberries; just make sure you thaw them completely and bring them to room temperature before blending.
