  • French shallot 1
  • Carrots 2

Method

  1. Plunge the tomatoes into boiling water for 10 seconds. Remove their skins and reserve them.
  2. Sauté the sliced shallot in some olive oil and add the peeled carrots, cut into rounds. Pour in the white wine, add the tomatoes and the potato, cut into cubes. Cover with water and simmer until the vegetables start to fall apart.
