  • Ripe tomatoe

Method

  1. Turn on the CD player and put on the disc.
  2. Roast the capsicums in the oven for 20 minutes and peel them. Blanch and peel the tomatoes and chop the flesh. Peel the garlic and shallots and finely chop them. Slice the capsicums into strips and do a couple of fandango steps... Sauté all of the vegetables in olive oil and let them stew for 30 minutes.
