  • 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • juice and zest of 1<


In a bowl, place the fresh herbs, lemon zest, sweet chilli sauce, fish sauce, peanuts and sesame oil.

Using a stick blender, blitz to a rough paste. Season with salt and pepper and add lemon juice to taste.

Store covered in the fridge.
