Ingredients

  • 200 g goats’ feta cheese
  • 250 g sour cream
  • juice and zest of 2

Method

In a food processor bowl place the feta, sour cream, lemon juice and zest. Blend until smooth, empty the mixture into a bowl and stir in fresh mint leaves and pepper.

Store covered in the fridge.
