  • 100 g silverbeet, green part only, finely sliced
  • 250 g cottage cheese

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C.

In a bowl combine together the silverbeet, cottage cheese, nutmeg, feta, pinenuts, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Evenly divide the stuffing mixture and spread carefully under the skin of the chicken breasts.
