Ingredients: 3 cloves garlic, crushed; 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper; Juice of 1 lemon; oil to pan fry (olive oil or grapeseed oil); 3 cups panko bread crumbs; ½ cup (40 g) grated parmesan cheese; 1 tsp salt; 4-6 chicken breasts, each sliced on a horizontal angle into 3 or 4 pieces; 1 cup (250 ml) unsweetened natural yoghurt
