Ingredients: 200 g dark chocolate, melted; 300 g super wine biscuits, ground into crumbs; ½ cup (50 g) cocoa; 100 g unsalted butter; 3 tbsp (75 g) golden syrup; ⅓ cup (50 g) plain flour; 1 tbsp vegetable oil; ¾ cup (90 g) desiccated coconut; ½ cup (80 g) soft brown sugar; 300 g unsalted butter, melted; 1 x 395 g tin sweetened condensed milk

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C and move the oven rack to the top position.

Grease a 20 x 30cm slice tin and line with baking paper.

In a large bowl, combine the biscuit crumbs, flour, cocoa, coconut and melted butter until well incorporated.
