  • 3 whole bulbs garlic
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 red onions, peeled and thinly sliced

Method

Preheat oven to 160°C.

To roast the bulbs of garlic, trim off the top leaving the bulb whole and the skin on.

Place the garlic in a foil lined baking dish and drizzle half the oil over the bulbs.
