The balsamic reduction is sweet, sour and sticky. This quantity makes extra so keep some in a jar for another day.

Ingredients

  • 5 firm pears, cored and sliced into thin strips, lengthways
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp soft

Method
