Ingredients

  • (180 g) cups plain sweet biscuits, crushed to a fine crumb
  • 75 g unsalted butter, m

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Grease and line a 20 x 30cm slice tin with baking paper.

Mix together the biscuit crumbs and melted butter. Press into the prepared slice tin with the back of a metal spoon. Cover and refrigerate to set for approximately 15 minutes.
