Fruit crumble is fantastic for breakfast with yoghurt or as a dessert served with vanilla custard.

We have given you a few fruit and crumble options. Have fun mixing and matching, as they will all work well together. All recipes serve 6-8 people.


  • 100 g unsalted butter, cut into 1cm cubes
  • 1 cup (150 g) plain flour or


Preheat oven to 180°C.

In a large bowl rub the butter into the flour. Stir in the rolled oats and brown sugar.

Add a variation if you wish, avoiding dried fruit as it tends to burn.

Spoon the stewed fruit into your favourite deep sided ovenproof dish.
