  • ½ kg of fresh feijoas, approx
  • 1 kg apples
  • ¼ cup


Peel the feijoas and apples and slice thickly. Place into a bowl. Add the lemon juice and sprinkle over the soft brown sugar.

Place mixture into a saucepan over a medium heat and cook until the fruit is tender. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
