This pudding is one you will want to make again and again. It’s cakey, moussy and saucy! Bob Dylan loves it too!

It’s also wheat and gluten free. A great dessert for all ages. Thank you Amy Melchior for sharing this recipe.

As this is a mousse, you can’t cook it ahead of time, so we would advise that if you are having a dinner party get everything ready in advance, eg. chocolate melted and kept warm, egg whites whipped.
