  • 80 g butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 400 g

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Place the butter and oil in a roasting pan and heat in the oven until bubbling, approximately 3 minutes.

Once the butter is hot, add all of the root vegetables, garlic, shallots, chilli, chopped and whole rosemary.
