Not like any other rice, this rice is super-glutinous. You can find it at any Asian supermarket – remember to ask for the special little basket you need to cook it in. Please note the sticky rice needs soaking overnight.
Soak the rice overnight in plenty of water. Drain and rinse.
Place the rice into the basket then into a saucepan. Add a small amount of water until it sits just under the base of the basket, but not touching.
Place the saucepan on a medium heat and steam
