  • 6 bok choy, washed and quartered
  • 1 bunch broccolini
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil


Bring a saucepan of water to the boil, blanch the green vegetables for 1-2 minutes and refresh in iced cold water. Drain and pat dry with a clean cloth.
