  • 450 g unsalted butter

Method

Preheat oven to 160°C.

Grease a 20 x 30cm slice tin and line with baking paper. In a large bowl place the chocolate and butter and melt together.

Be careful not to overheat and burn the chocolate. Don’t stir it too often either,
