  • 4 cups tightly packed basil leaves, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup white wine vinegar
  • 2


In a bowl combine the basil, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, garlic and lemon juice.

Use a stick blender to blend, while slowly pouring in the oil last to emulsify.

Season with salt and pepper.
