  • 2 heads lettuce
  • ½ pound spinach leaves
  • 6 spring oni

Method

Step 1. Remove hard stalks and discoloured leaves from lettuce and spinach. Wash the leaves well and drain. Trim roots and most of the green from onions. Slice vegetables thinly.
