  • ¼ pound butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons chopped shrimps
  • 1 teaspoo

Method

Pound butter, chopped shrimps and anchovy paste to a smooth paste in a mortar. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper. Press through a fine sieve. Chill.
