  • ¾ pint vanilla custard sauce
  • 3 tablespoons castor sugar
  • 3

Method

Put the castor sugar in a saucepan, stir it until melted, and let it take on a nice brown colour. Then add water, mix until smooth, and pour this caramel into ¾ pint Vanilla Custard Sauce.
