  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 6 ounces icing sugar
  • ½

Method

Cream butter and sugar until the mixture is smooth. Combine sour cream, grated orange rind, orange and lemon juice, and rum. Mix all well together and serve cold with cake or hot puddings.
