  • 1 Spanish onion
  • iced water
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 12 ripe tomatoes

Method

Peel and slice Spanish onion thinly and soak in iced water for 1 hour. Drain well. Slice cucumber thinly, but do not peel. Peel and slice tomatoes. Grate dry French bread to fine crumbs. Prepare French Dressing, flavouring it with finely chopped garlic.
