  • 1 level tablespoon salt
  • ½ pint milk

Method

Preheat oven to very hot (450°F-M7). Add salt to the milk. Dip plaice fillets in the milk and then in the breadcrumbs, which you have mixed with finely chopped parsley and garlic, grated lemon peel and thyme.
