  • 2-3 fresh salmon steaks (about inches thick)
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil


Cut fresh salmon steaks into bite-sized cubes and marinate for at least 2 hours in olive oil, lemon juice, finely chopped onion and parsley, and salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
