Marinated Smoked Salmon with Dill

  • ½ pound sliced smoked salmon
  • 1 teaspoon whole black peppers
  • ½


Place salmon in a covered glass dish. Sprinkle with whole peppers and dill seed. Add bay leaf and cover with dry white wine. Place in refrigerator and allow salmon to marinate in this mixture overnight.

Just before serving, drain wine and spices from salmon. Place spices and half of the wine in a mixing bowl. Add sour cream and prepared mustard, and flavour to taste with salt and lemon
