  • 4 dozen fresh mussels
  • ¾ pint dry white wine

Method

Clean fresh mussels. Place in saucepan with dry white wine, finely chopped onion and 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley. Cover and steam for 4 or 5 minutes, or until shells open. Remove mussels, reserving liquor. Remove one half-shell from each; place mussels in their half-shells in 4 individual o
