  • 1 pound shrimps or prawns
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Method

Shell the shrimps or prawns, cutting prawns into 2 or 3 pieces, depending on size. Put them in a frying pan in which the oil and salt have been heated, and cook for 4 minutes, or until they are pink. Add the sliced mushrooms and the chicken stock. Cover the pan and cook over a low heat for 5 minutes.
