Place cooked prawns (saving 1 or 2 for garnish) and clam juice in the container of electric blender, and blend for 1 minute. Remove to the top of a double saucepan, add cream and paprika, and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Cook over hot water, stirring from time to time, until soup comes to a boil. Thin to taste with additional clam juice. Add sherry, and serve immed
