  • ½ pound cooked crabmeat, flaked
  • ½ pound cooked and shelled prawns
  • ¾

Method

Prepare cooked crabmeat, prawns, lobster and fish, and place each in an individual bowl. Combine Mediterranean Dressing ingredients and pour 2 or 3 tablespoonfuls into each bowl. Place bowls in refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours. Reserve remainder of salad dressing.
