Method

Sauté finely chopped onion in butter and oil until transparent; add chopped roast pork and cooked shrimps, and continue cooking until golden. Add bean sprouts, and season to taste with pepper and soy sauce.

When ready to serve, beat 4 eggs in a large bowl with a little water, and stir in meat and vegetable mixture. Divide mixture into 4 equal parts and make 4 separate flat omelettes, br
