Beefsteak with Oyster Sauce

  • 1 thick rump steak
  • freshly ground black
  • pepper
  • softened butter

Method

Remove steak from refrigerator at least 30 minutes before cooking and slit fat in several places around sides to prevent meat from curling during cooking. Preheat grill for 15 minutes. Sprinkle both sides of steak with freshly ground black pepper and spread with butter. Grill on both sides until steak is cooked as you like it - 8 to 10 minutes on each side. In the meantime, make sauce.
