Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean pork
  • 6 brazil nuts, grated
  • 1 level tablespoon

Method

Cut pork into 1-inch cubes. Combine remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add pork cubes and allow them to marinate in this mixture for at least 2 hours.

When ready to serve: thread pork on metal skewers and grill over charcoal or under a gas or electric grill until cooked through.
