  • 1 pound finely ground pork
  • dash of ginger juice
  • 2 tablespoons cornflour</

Method

Mix first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Make balls inches in diameter. Heat oil to 350°F. Fry until browned. Fry again just before serving.
