Ingredients

  • pounds spare ribs of pork
  • ¾ pint water
  • 4 tablespoons

Method

Cut ribs into separate pieces and cook in water with soy sauce and salt, to taste. Bring to a boil, turn down heat and allow to simmer for 1 hour. Transfer to a frying pan; add remaining ingredients and fry until gravy becomes translucent.
