Italian Chicken with Sausages

Heat olive oil in a thick-bottomed frying pan. Sauté onion and garlic in the oil until transparent. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden. Remove and set aside. Sauté sausages in fat remaining in pan until golden. Remove; allow to cool and slice in 2-inch segments.

Cut chicken into serving pieces and brown in the fat. Return onion, garlic, mushrooms and sausages to the pan. Add to
