  • melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon english mustard
  • ½


Chop off the ends of the leg bones and trim each leg into 2 pieces. Score flesh several times, both along and across and fairly deep, and dip pieces into melted butter. Mix mustards with curry powder, cayenne pepper and salt, and spread this mixture over the legs, pressing it well into the cuts. Let
