  • 2 sea bass
  • 2-3 tablespoons flour
  • 2-3 tablespoons oliv


Flour cleaned fish lightly; brush with olive oil, and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stuff cavities of fish with herbs and grill for 3 to 5 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Baste fish with olive oil from time to time.
