  • olive oil
  • 4 medium-sized onions, quartered

Brush round of beef on both sides with oil, and grill until well browned on both sides. Place it on a double sheet of foil large enough to fold over roast; add quartered onions and carrots, and coat with Tomato Barbecue Sauce.

Fold foil over roast and cook for 45 to 60 minutes, or until meat is tender.
