Method

Marinate lamb for 12 hours in marinade ingredients, turning meat several times during this period.

When ready to grill: build charcoal fire and burn until flames have subsided and coals are covered with ash. Drain lamb, reserving marinade; place it on grill about 7 inches from coals, and barbec
