  • 2 pounds fresh halibut
  • 4 tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 onions, thinly sliced


Combine Marinade Sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl. Cut fish into 1½-inch squares and toss in marinade mixture to make sure each piece of fish is properly covered with marinade. Place sliced tomatoes and onion on top; cover bowl with a plate and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Turn fish several times during marinating period.

When ready to cook: place fish on skewers alternately with
