  • ½ pound boned shoulder of lamb

Method

Cut beef and lamb into 2-inch cubes; cut kidney into thinner pieces. Marinate meats in olive oil and lemon juice with finely chopped garlic and herbs for at least 1 hour. Thread meats on skewers with mushroom caps and small parboiled onions. Grill.
