    • 1 packet frozen asparagus tips, poached
    • thin slices of prosciutto
    • butter

    Method

    Wrap 2 poached asparagus tips in each slice of prosciutto. Fasten with wooden cocktail sticks. Arrange bundles in a well-buttered ovenproof dish, and sprinkle with double cream, freshly grated Parmesan and 2 ounces butter, diced. Bake in a preheated moderat
