Chicory à la Béchamel

• 8 heads chicory, cooked
• ½ - ¾ pint well-flavoured béchamel sauce

Cook chicory as in preceding recipe. Then place in a shallow ovenproof baking dish.

Add drained pan juices to hot Bechamel Sauce; pour over chicory and serve immediately.
