    • 12 small leeks or 8 large ones
    • salted water
    • 2-3 tablespoons finely cho

    Method

    Clean and trim leeks as above. Simmer in boiling salted water for 20 minutes, or until tender. Drain thoroughly.

    Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve with melted butter.
