Meat Filling for Ravioli

  • ½ pound cooked beef, minced
  • ¼ pound cooked veal, minced

Sauté minced beef and veal in butter and olive oil for 5 minutes. Cool; stir in grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs and parsley. Flavour to taste with nutmeg or cinnamon, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
