French Dressing - Vinaigrette Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • ¼ tea

Method

Mix together lemon juice, wine vinegar and dry mustard, and season to taste with coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add olive oil, and beat with a fork until the mixture emulsifies.
