    • ½ pound ham, diced
    • ½ pound chicken, diced

    Method

    Combine diced ham and chicken with sliced bananas and orange and avocado segments in a mixing bowl. Whip the cream; blend in mayonnaise; add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and brandy, and pour over meat and fruit mixture. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper, and mix carefully. Serve on lettuce leaves.
